The original Filipino style Egg Sandwich served fresh via the First Food Jeepney Stall in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. Because of the pandemic, the owner and former flight attendant Angel Luck Pedro thought of converting the traditional jeepney into a truck to serve the K-drama food staple. Driving around the province to sell creamy Korean egg sandwiches, ‘Eggluck’ has gained traction online for its unique take on the food truck and goes viral.
