This is an intriguing and entertaining collection of short stories that differ from Agatha Christie’s usual novels because they are a bit darker and with paranormal elements: a haunted house, ghosts, strange premonitions, chilling seances, nightmares, split personalities, and much more.
These stories are not at all like her Poirot or Miss Marple’s novels or even her other mystery books, but they still kept me engrossed, especially The Witness for the Prosecution, which keeps you guessing until the end!
