I read this book because I saw a lot of people raving about it on social media, so I decided to give it a try and I wasn’t disappointed. With an entertaining and engrossing plot and engaging and witty characters, People We Meet On Vacation is the perfect read for fans of rom-com.
The protagonist is Poppy, a travel journalist who lives in New York. Every year, Poppy and her best friend Oliver go on “The Trip” a vacation they take together, just the two of them, and in which they have their best of time. However, something happened on their last holiday and they haven’t spoken in two years. Poppy wants to reconnect so they meet again for a holiday in Palms Spring. Will they be able to go back to their close relationship as it was before?
I really loved this novel. It is romantic, fun, and full of beautiful descriptions of the places Poppy and Oliver visit. A fantastic and incredible read!!!
